Welcome to Grounding EdTech. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at https://groundingedtech.fayedu.com (the “Site”) and any related services provided by Grounding EdTech (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you (“user,” “visitor,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Site.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

1. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This website is created, maintained, and controlled from Nairobi, Kenya. Therefore, these Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Kenya. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

Our Site is intended for a global audience. If you access the Site from outside Kenya, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright or other proprietary notices intact.
